DELIVERY TIME
- Inside Dhaka approximately 24-48 hours (Delivery Time).
- Outside Dhaka approximately 2-5 days (Delivery Time).
- Customer can check the product in front of the delivery person.
DELIVERY COST
- Inside Dhaka: Charges range from 60/- to 70/- (DEPENDS ON PRODUCTS)
- Outside Dhaka: Charges are 100/-
- Final charges vary based on product type, size, and weight, displayed during checkout.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
- We have basic 3 days replacement warranty.
- If the product is not genuine/original. (Must notify within 24 hours)
- If you received a physically damaged Product after opening package.(Must notify in-front of delivery man or send unboxing video)
- If the Product is completely different from the picture on the website.
- If you Change your mind/Misplaced order (unopened items).
